Orders and Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping is free for all orders $100 and over $100 within the USA. (Does not apply to Priority Shipping Methods.)
Orders under $100 are a flat rate of $8.00.
Express shipping (2-3 business days after fulfillment) is available in the USA for $18 dollars.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking and confirmation information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking code and link to be activated.
Where do you ship to?
We ship everywhere in the continental US. You may experience longer delivery times if you're shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO. At this time, we are not shipping internationally but are working diligently to change that.
Do you ship internationally?
We are working diligently to expand our brand internationally, stay tuned!
When will my order ship?
Most orders are processed within 3 business days and all parcels are sent from Ohio, and shipped via the United States Postal Service, or UPS, which can take 3-5 business days to deliver. Note: We do not ship or process orders on weekends or major holidays.
Can I change my address once my order has been placed?
We are unable to make any modifications to an order after it has been processed. Additionally, if your order is en route, the course of the parcel cannot be altered. If this does happen, we will try our best to assist, but we do not issue replacement parcels for this reason.
We can ensure your order is processed promptly, but cannot be held accountable for service interruptions, or poor weather conditions. Additionally, processing times may increase when there is higher demand and particularly during the holiday season.
Upon checkout, please confirm your shipping details are entirely accurate before completing your order.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
On unopened products, you have 30 days to return your order. As we are a small business, we are unable to provide postage for orders under x dollars. For any questions please email us at hello@anitmatterbeauty.com with "return help" as your subject line.

Product
Do your products have "clean" ingredients?
All our products are and always will be free of parabens, allergens, bad seed oils, endocrine disrupting ingredients, fragrance, silicone, sulfate, and aluminum powder.
What kind of testing do Antimatter products go through?
All Antimatter products are deemed safe by and compliant with the FDA. Additionally, we follow the guidance of EU regulations to uphold our products to even further evaluations and standards. We go above and beyond to ensure all products have completed stability testing, Human Repeat Insult Patch Testing to determine irritation and allergic contact sensitization potential, and dermatologist testing, none of which is required by the US market. Our manufacturers follow GMP standards, the general guidance in the US Market (Good Manufacturing Practices). Our products are never tested on animals. Are your products vegan?
Yes. At this time, all of our products are vegan. We may, in the future, develop products that include non-vegan ingredients, like honey. Every product will be clearly identified as vegan or non-vegan.
Do you test on animals?
No. We do not test on animals and never will.
What are endocrine disrupters and why does it matter?
‘Endocrine’ refers to glands and organs in our body that release hormones into our bloodstream. Chemical disruptors that we come into contact with through our skin can block or interfere with this natural “messenger system” wreaking havoc on our hormones. Antimatter products will always be free of ingredients identified as endocrine disruptors.
What should I do if I have a bad reaction to Antimatter products?
No matter how much we'd love it to be true, the reality is that sometimes our product isn't going to be right for someone. If you've had an adverse reaction, we'd love to know. Please email us at hello@antimatterbeauty.com with your order number and "adverse reaction" noted in the subject line. The more descriptive the better. Our team will be in contact with you within 24-48 hours.
